To keep our Customer Support Executives (CSE’s) fully motivated in order to achieve the set targets of Quality & Service levels, there has been a tradition in Warid project, that intra-departmental virtual tournaments/leagues are organized in the month of Ramadan. Such type of competitions have always boosted the energy in teams and have proven to be a successful way to keep employees engaged and perform at their best, even during fasts.
This year, we went an extra mile & organized an inter-department virtual tournament between Jazz and Warid projects in Karachi. Jazz & Warid Ramadan League (JWRL) was launched with a great hype and it created an everlasting impact on employees. The branding began by rolling out teasers and introducing a competition for CSE’s to guess the name of the League. Those who guessed it correctly were given special prizes.
JWRL was a Quality based championship between Jazz and Warid campaigns of Karachi. The theme of this competition was virtual cricket, in which on every 100 external calls, runs were scored based on the set criteria. The competition remained undecided till the very end as there was a neck to neck competition and both the teams were working hard to make customers happy along with winning the competition. Ultimately, Jazz campaign won the league with a margin of 2.34%. Following are the details of the winners of this competition:
